Now, if you'll ignore the above off-topic and incorrect nonsense...

A person diagnosed with HIV today can expect to survive around 20 years, often longer assuming the person gets regular checkups and adheres to his/her antiviral regiment. With proper treatment, HIV is best considered a chronic and manageable disease like diabetes.

First of all, you have to understand what HIV is and is NOT. Do not believe the hype from pharmaceutical companies making billions out of getting you to take toxic drugs. There is absolutely ZERO proof that "AIDS" is caused by "HIV" or that HIV even exists - Koch's postulates, by which infectious disease have been measured for over a century were conveniently ignored and noone has EVER isolated an HIV virus - all those photos you saw were faked (and led to fraud convictions).
As a starting place, read Phillip Day's excellent books "World without AIDS" and "The truth about HIV".
Other than that give your immune system a boost by using appropriate supplementation, remove all toxic substances from your environment and lifestyle and giveyour body a chance to repair itself.
