You say Jesus came to die, and I know that's a lie! It's not old testament that taught Jesus has to die for our sins to be forgiven, and Jesus himself threw over the tables in the temple, because you could not kill animals for forgiveness,or atonement, or buy forgiveness! The disciples were deceived, just as many have been, as Satan wished! Is Christianity about a blood sacrifice of a sinless human, God himself, became man? Jesus came to show us the way, the truth, and the life! He came to save us all from Satan's power, when we had gone astray! Jesus could not kill himself, that would be sin, and God would not allow, anyone, without sin to die on this earth! Jesus taught us how to repent, be sorrowful, forgive all others, believe in him, and sin no more for our forgiveness! Yes the new testament is not necessaryily exactly the truth, and it was a disciple who said Jesus died for us! But, not Jesus himself! We would not know the truth, until end times! The wages or price of sin is death!

Sister, if you have the answers, why ask the questions?

Are you trying to wax socratic?

Your logic is skewed about 45 degrees off center on just about every point.

Jesus himself said he came to die, and that he had the power to lay down his life and take it up again.

Jesus overturned the tables in the temple because the men were cheating the public and selling poor quality sacrificial animals, when perfect and spotless ones were required.

Animal sacrifices had been prescribed, before the law, and under he law, for thousands of years before Christ.

The disciples weren't deceived. The Holy Spirit descended on them at Pentecost and brought all things to mind that Jesus had taught them.

Your comment about God not letting anyone who is without sin die, is getting closer to the fact of the matter.

The reason Jesus permitted his own death at the hands of Satan's minions was to bring down the judgment of God on Satan, as no one, not even Satan, had the authority to take the life of a sinless man, let alone the son of God.

Judged for his crime against Jesus, Satan was stripped of all that he had gained as a result of Adam's original sin, and our redemption was truly at hand.

The bible is in fact the inerrant, inspired word of God, set down exactly as the Holy Spirit directed the sacred writers.

It sounds as though you have been deceived by some of the typical Muslim beliefs that fail to accurately appreciate Jesus for exactly who he is ... the sinless man who is the only begotten son of God, and the savior of mankind.

Is it not written in the Old Testament:

"This annual atonement must be made with the blood of the atoning sin offering for the generations to come. It is most holy to the Lord." -Exodus 30:10

"For the life of a creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one's life." -Leviticus 17:11

These passages are not unique. All throughout the Old Testament you will find blood sacrifices for the atonement of sins.

After Jesus overturned the tables of the money changers, He said, "My house will be called a house of prayer, but you are making it a den of robbers." -Matthew 21:13

The reason he was angry with them is because they were ripping people off by charging ridiculous sums of money. That's why he referred to them as robbers.

Jesus did not kill Himself. He was falsely accused by the religious authorities and turned over to Pilate to be crucified.

Jesus Himself predicted His own death in Luke 18:31-33, "Jesus took the Twelve aside and told them, 'We are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written by the prophets about the Son of Man will be fulfilled. He will be handed over to the Gentiles. They will mock him, insult him, spit on him, flog him and kill him. On the third day he will rise again.'"

Jesus did come to fulfill prophecy which included his death. Daniel talks about Jesus. He was God incarnate who saved his pals from a fiery death.

To get a good idea of the fulfilled prophecy in the old testament you need to read Isaiah chapter 56. You will be shown where Jesus's death was necessary to fulfill prophecy.

No Christianity is not about a blood sacrifice of a sinless human, God himself!
It is about God! about love, religion, sacrifice, path to righteousness..
No need to know the truth...just preach his message in whatever way you can..that would somehow redeem his sacrifice...

Jesus was the last blood sacrifice. We have forgiveness through His blood. He is the only mediator between God and man. He is our High Priest.
