Its difficult!
Sit down and make a list. What you want, and when you want it by...eg I want to lose 2 stone in weight in 3 months. Then you need to think about what you are going to do to acheive that....ie cut down food portions and exercise every day. Then think of the reward for yourseld. eg When I have lost 2 stone I will treat myself to a day out in London. Then set a date to start....and off you go. Apply this formular to whatever you want to do. Break it into small steps and take each step at a time...good luck;
