the plan is to increase the army and Marines. right now both services are filling their enlistment quotas, so they would just allow them to let more people join.

the amount of people on active duty in each service is mandated by law, so in order for the military to grow in size, a new law has to be passed declaring what the new size of the military branch should be.

No. He would allow more people to be enlisted. There are many people who want to be in the military. Bush may raise the incentives for those who join.

Bush is a ******** moron and should never have been elected into office...What good could come from sending more people away from there homes....only the end is to come

only the democrats have proposed this. the republican plan was to increase the incentives to join.
