you only get 2 sets of teeth your baby teeth and your adult teeth so if your second molar is falling out you wont get another. It is best to see your dentist.

These second molars you are talking about could be the primary ones. In some people, they fall in your age so that the premolars can erupt in that space. Count your teeth from midline. If the tooth you are talking about is tooth number 5, then it's normal.

Are you sure they're not your baby teeth? It it possible they are but if your worried you should see your dentist your second molars should not just fall out!

NO But can be removed if need to for space or will be a problem if not taken care of proper then fall out from neglect

no they shouldnt however all teeth have slight movement in them otherwise they would fracture easily....so are u sure they are actually shaking or just moving a little bit?

not really, but ask your dentist. my 2nd molar fell out, but it wasnt replaced.
