I'm 15 yrs old, and about 24kg(s) overweight which is leaving me really depressed.
I heard you can burn calories faster if your younger, is this true? I don't have the time to excersice given my super hectic time-table and the fact that I have up to 2 tutions a day, and I live quite a long distance away from school, so travelling takes up all my time.
If I'm ready to commit, will an extremely strict diet work?? HELP! I'M DESPRATE!!
