I'm 15 yrs old, and about 24kg(s) overweight which is leaving me really depressed.

I heard you can burn calories faster if your younger, is this true? I don't have the time to excersice given my super hectic time-table and the fact that I have up to 2 tutions a day, and I live quite a long distance away from school, so travelling takes up all my time.

If I'm ready to commit, will an extremely strict diet work?? HELP! I'M DESPRATE!!

hey maya ..im 15 years too.i understand your problem coz m going through the same thing
jus cut off all the junk food and sweets,biscuits,juices.just eat healthy food like vegetables and fruits.exercise is imp but that doesnt mean you run to the gym.just walk around for an hour in your house.go down in your building play with friends.dont think about this so much or else you will overeat.happy dieting:D

You should go on a diet under a doctor's control..Everybody has different health features.You may have an illness that you don't know and word of mouth advices may be so dangerous to you.If your over weight was 5 or 6 kgs, you might try some famous diet programs.But for 24 kgs, you should absolutely go to a doctor.

Hey Maya, i know exactly what you are going through as you speak. I was 70 KG'S overweight, and i lost it all in 6 months using a healthy life style, with out exercising! i just cut off all the pepsi,coke drinks and stuck with water all the time.I eat chicken and Tuna normally for lunch and eat fruits with a glass of low fat milk at night, and so on. IGNORE anyone that says diets dont work, because it worked for me!

The best way to lose weight with out exercise is to boil a glass of water, and put it down, then add one lemon and one spoon of honey. Drink it while it is lukewarm. Drink it immediately after waking up in morning or with empty stomach.

I have tried it myself and succeeded.

You can also do swimming for one hour in a day as it is the best exercise.

Sometimes diet doesn't work!
Play Badminton with someone for ten minutes it likes walking for one hour.

You need to exercise, a half hour walk a day would do it
