Is she really busy or does she not to be with me??

we broke up for a month now. Im always the one who is engaging communication between us. she says we broke up and but its not over. when we are together we act like a couple. even though we dont see each other often. she knows i want her back. she tells me she still loves me. she about to take entry exams for grad school and feels a lot of pressure because its difficult to get in.she broke up with me because of the routines in our relationship. she didnt feel special. I have tried to show her how much she means to me and try to be romantic to her by singing to her , writing a poem and stuff. She doesnt ever call me or try to hang out with me when i feel she can. I dont know if i she wants me back or not...what do you think.

She could be distracted or right out seeing another man. Those options you should keep in your head. As for he telling you about routine you should try VERY VERY different things, poems, singing, yeah that's good but not quite there. Ask yourself this, how often you make her laugh? How often do you surprise her? Be spontanous, for example, you two maybe walking down the street just stop all of a sudden look at her in the eyes and say, "Damn! there is something I forgot to tell you today." of course she'll say what, "you're so beautiful today." Somewhere along those line, lol. Get creative man!

Well I bet it is a combination of Her being busy, and Her now basking in her new found attention she is getting by you trying to get her back.
If she doesnt want you back she would be openly dating other guys in front of you to push you away. Give her time and space. Let her call you first by not calling her until she calls you, sometimes you have to wait a couple days. Spend time with your friends in the mean time to ease your pain.
