Do your believe the third temple in Jerusalem will be built during the tribulation period so the world dictator(antichrist)will go in there and proclaim himself to be God and to get the world to worship? Since the seven year peace covernent with many including Israel will start next year and go until 2013, the 31st of December by the EU, I believe the covernant with many including Israel will be the covernant so they can rebuild their temple, as the Jews are already preparing to rebuild, as they have everything ready to go. As soon as the little horrible dome of the rock is removed they can begin rebuilding, and I believe the antichrist will negotiate and the dome will be taken down and rebuilt in mecca or somewhere else. What do you think Christians, and Christians only, because if you are a non christians your comments will not matter to me as this is a christian question only, because non christians do not believe anyway. So Christians what do you think?

I think that you're seriously delusional, and your deep interest in the end of the world reveals a disturbing problem. Do you see why the rest of us think that people like you are unfit to participate in public discussion?

I like your question! The Bible indicates that the temple will be completed during the tribulation and the materials needed for its construction are already on site. It is also interesting to note that during the first half of the tribulation (3 1/2 years) there will be no rainfall. We see rainfall diminishing everywhere and I'm left wondering if this dry period we are now encountering will be the on going dry during the tribulation as I also believe it is about to commence at any time from now as the stage seems set. During the tribulation Satan will give power to a statue and cause it to speak and thereby deceive the masses as they will hail him as God. I am thankful that I will not be left behind to go through the tribulation as I will be one of those taken as per Thessalonians (caught up to meet the Lord in the air) I believe as you do that the dome will be relocated rather than destroyed as this will provide grounds for compromise and avoid blood shed. Im reasonably certain that the generation spoken of by Jesus in Matthew Ch.24 is the generation which is alive today.
May the Lord greatly bless you!

There is no seven year tribulation period. The scripture that this false doctrine was derived from isn't talking about an antichrist but about the Messiah, Jesus Christ. All the verses at the end of Daniel 9 are talking about him. The fact that Jesus Christ was the sacrifice to take away our sin caused the daily sacrifice to cease. He was crucified in the midst of the 70th week. The argument that the 70th week is not fulfilled until the end of the ages is false. The doctrine was developed to support the rapture doctrine and to help promote the millenial reign doctrine both of which are false. Those believers who are alive when Jesus returns will rise to meet him in the air, but it's on the last day. There is no day after and when he returns he will destroy this world and a new heavens and a new earth will be created wherein dwelleth righteousness and so shall we ever be, forever, with the Lord.

Paul S - It is very revealing that although we are deemed unfit to participate in public discussion the public is shouting to have us answer its questions with complete and total discretion.

I'm positive that every believer on this page would say as I do that my heart felt prayer is for those who have ears to hear with and eyes to see with, that they might be saved.
