Marriage will validate your relationship and documents must be presented to the Immigration Office for the granting of residence status in UK and eventually the British citizenship.

Hi Daniel,

One of the requirements might be participation and passing the UK Citizenship test. There are classes held in the UK that teach you what you need to know - though they are likely to cost. The best place to check is probably with the "Home Office" in the UK. Try a search on the 'net.

I`m not sure, but if you are married/do marry, then you might have some automatic rights. Again the best place to check is with the "Home Office".

Good luck
Doug

Contact Immigration and ask for forms giving you the right to enter and live in the UK. It waill cost you probably around $200 (it was somewhat close to that when I applied 13 years ago),fill in the forms and send them back-as long as you have a clean recors, then your application will be accepted and the relevant papers sent to you-which you need to present to immigration when you land at the airport here in the UK.
Best of luck!!
