not sure what this area is called..its between the abdomen and the thigh. i think its called the inguinal ligament.

It could be anything. Have you strained it recently? Pulled something while exercising perhaps? Had a knock? There could be any number of reason why it is hurting. Please if it worries you then see a doctor.

You have not given details regarding it. So the answers will be imaginary.
It seems that you might have started exercises and that has caused strain on your ligaments. Or you might have been walking more. Inguinal hernia is also another possible cause.
Unbalanced Vital Energy also can produce such problems.

do you mean the hip flexors?
are you sexually active?
My hip felxor hurt like heck after that.
I have some stretches I do like lunches afterwards to get the kinks out-- no pun.

it could be posture.
find some good stretching that helps it feel better.

It's most commonly refered to as your groin area.
Have you been checked for uterine fibroids-they can create pressure there. As can many other things. Get an ultrasound, especially if it hurts more when you are walking.

hai, it may be ovarian cyst if u'r a lady..then it might happen due tomore weight of ur upper part.
