From the Help Section in Corel Paint Shop Pro-X, I found this section on red-eye removal. I have used this feature to change eye coloring before. There are several pre-sets included in the drop down menu for color. After that, if the eye color is not what you want, you can adjust the hue with your color palette.

To remove red-eye quickly
1. On the Tools toolbar, choose the Red Eye tool .

2. On the Tool Options palette, adjust the Size control so that the pointer is slightly larger than the eye needing correction.

3. Position the pointer directly over the eye, and click.

• You can zoom in on the photo, if necessary, to use the Red Eye tool more easily.

• You can size the pointer interactively by holding down Alt while dragging the Red Eye tool over the eye area.

i'm extremely confident that's called the "replace objective To" brush. i'm not one hundred% confident, because i'm not in PSP now. basically bypass to "help" and variety in "replace objective to" and word the position it takes you.
