You can't. Kung Fu (literally translated as "done well" or "well skilled") requires a mentor if not many mentors or senseis. You have three options, find a school in your area to learn from and pay for it. Buy Kung Fu learn at home videos and practice them until you're blue in the face, you wont actually know if you're doing it right, but you'll learn something and get in good shape. Or adopt your own style by setting up ways for you to get a good workout and practice self defense skills such as kicks, balance, punches, body work, stamina and hardening of your extremities. These things can be done around the house or in a gym fairly easily and cheaply. You'll want a Wing Chun dummy or something like it (since the real deal can cost over $1000 US) made from household materials such as carpet remnants and a tree. You'll want a punching bag, some kick plates and a speed bag. You might also want a few balance beams or poles and some punching boards to harden your hands and feet against.

Not gonna happen. To properly learn it, you need a second person to point out proper technique (this is where the school comes in) in form and execution.

If you manage to "learn" on the internet, don't be bragging about it because you will overestimate your knowledge.

you can learn anything over the internet, but will you truly know it? you can learn to drive a car too, but could you really hop into a car and drive it only from the web experience? no, you need to rough it up and test on real people, real objective, and subjective people.
