You can't lose drastically in a week. It's not going to happen.

What you can do is start drinking 64 ounces of water, every day, spiked with a little lemon juice. Drink nothing else, no soda, no alcohol, not even diet drinks. Cut down on your sodium intake, and get lots of leafy greens in your diet.

That will take off a couple of pounds of water weight. It's not permanent. If you want to really lose weight, you have to permanently change your diet and exercise.

It aint gonna happen! If you dont have a "flat tummy", then a week will not help you one bit...

Do some sit ups if your healthy enough for it...

Thats the best way to lose it, by exercising, and forget about the "crash diets", all you will lose is 10 pounds in water weight the first week and as soon as you start to "drink" and rehydrate yourself, you will gain it back!

There is no "fast cure"...it took you a while to put it on, and its going to take as long to take it off...

A week is not really enough time to do this the right way. When we wanted to drop a weight class we used diuretics and ate alot of raw veggies.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Here is how you start. Go to the mirror, take a good long look then repeat after me....."I'm perfect just the way I am, I don't need to look a certain way to impress anyone. I am going to get over it right now and accept the fact that I love my body and do not need to change it." Then go to the mall, pick out a new outfit that you look killer in, and enjoy yourself.

well it wont give u a flat flat stomach but you will loose weight
jus have one meal in a day that should be healthy like vegetables or fruits wid juice 100ml then exercise

go out and by jordens workout that is brillant i done it every day for a week and i lost half a stone but i did snack on crisps and chocolate so by it and try it do wot i did but dont snack on crap

their is really no way to do that! have you considered a corset or somthing to hold ur tummy in?
