Nope. In fact quitting often makes it harder to lose weight.

Smoking and being overweight are both bad for you, so when you decide to quit, it would be a good idea to have a diet plan in place to keep you from gaining weight.

If the smoking doesnt kill you, the overweight will!!

Get your cholesteral checked! (Or your Doc may see you on the table having a heart bypass).

Actually, smoking is a good food depressant. But, it has its own detrimental hazards too, so, give them both up...

no, i have found the opposite smoking actually satisfys you so you dont feel hungry
