What happens when you go on holiday? Do you wake up at 9:30 local time or 9:30 UK time?
If it's a body clock as others are saying, it should be 9:30 UK time

body clocks are like that. You get used to a certain tome and wake naturally. Plus, 9.30 is really late to wake anyway.
