Maybe this isnt for everyone but what always works for me is a greasy burger and a coke or dr.pepper. The grease and caffeine are whats important. And a ton of water.

Honestly the grease really works! But be warned the first thing you eat no matter what it is may not stay down. But it's best to go ahead and eat and drink something to get that first puke out of the way. So you can go on and eat something else that will actually stay down. Trust me I have a lot of experience. And dont skimp on that water.

A banana to help with energy and boost your Vit B levels again. Also Orange Juice (fresh) to help remove any left over alcohol from the system.
Don't do the big fry up and coffee thing - worse in the long run.
Keep drinking water as well.

whatever you do, DONT DRINK ORANGE JUICE, the acid in it will really upset your tummy. the best bet, is to have some starchy food, toast etc as the carbs will help, try not to have fatty food as the grease will again upset your tummy. if it means anything at all, i have just tried and tested this as i too am hungover, and i am feeling a bit better. Good Luck

happy xmas

This is gonna sound really gross butttttttttttttttttt...........................................no only joking i wont be cruel......have some cereal with milk......milk helps put a good lining on your stomach. If you dont fancy anything like that in case you p*ke, then try dry biscuits, will soak up the alcohol but you will need to keep your fluids up throughout the day ...... dehydration n all that as u prob already know.
Get better soooooon! xmas only a few days away and u will av to do it all over again lol.......happy Christmas and a fab new year to u.

I work at a bar and I have had those nights my self sweetie. I tell you what works for me and my friends. I really do not drink very often but when I get a hangover I take Advil and drink a fruit drink with vodka it helps. Most people I know sware by drinking light alcoholic drink makes them feel better. Good luck girl.
Sprite works too

Just ride it out, it will stop eventually! It's your body's way of saying "don't drink quite so much, please!", so keep your fluids topped up and eat as normally as possible (toast is good, a fry up is better, but of no use to you!).

Or you could try taking some of them stomach calming pills, they should do the trick.

Pregnant women, infants, the elderly and those with a compromised immune system should not eat raw or partially cooked eggs

Buy some alker seltzer or resolve from the chemist - it really helps to settle a dodgy stomach. If you can face it, try to eat some bread and soup, i find it really helps to bring you back to some extent!

Perhaps you drank too much water and need to throw up!!!
Try eating soda crackers.
avoid milk-- it's chunky and sour if you do throw up
Try dry toast
Sugar Soda like Sprite or Slice or 7-up
What helps me is dry toast, or dry plain crackers, and sugar!!
