Sys soft is the OS, PC soft is the OS + soft that is wrapped around the OS (such as media players, instant messengers, etc)

System software - operating system
Eg. DOS, WINDOWS.etc.

computer software : softwares that you use them for using your system easier than past , such as application softwares,system tools,anti viruses,graphic softwares and so on.
