Its probably callouses...or, it can be athletes feet...(yep, you can get it ANYWHERE!!)...

First, get some absorbine jr, and use it there and see if it clears it up...and if you have callouses, get a sanding block, (sold at a parmacy), and sand the callouses down and they wont itch anymore...it happens a lot in dry weather...

Or, you can try softening them up by putting vaseline on your feet, and putting a sock on them and wearing it to bed all night.. the vaseline will soften the callouses up and stop itching...

I wish you well..

You may have dry skin, a fungus under the skin that u can't see or it could be more serious. This is a sign of diabetes. If you notice that you are urinating more, gaing weight, excessive thirst or blurred vision, see a doctor to check your blood sugar levels.

Sounds like dry skin to me. I get the same thing every winter. Aveeno anti-itch lotion helps me when that happens, its very moisturizing, and has oatmeal and hydrocortisone to relieve the itching.

Any good, rich lotion will help, though.
