I could write a book on this subject, but it would be very short. It would include the following instructions:
1. Do NOT eat until you are hungry.
2. If you are hungry, continue to eat until you are no longer hungry.
3. When you are no longer hungry, STOP EATING.
4. Repeat as necessary.
Certainly, exersize helps keep one fit and in shape and it can help reduce weight, but without an overall change in how that weight got there in the first place, there isn't much hope in keeping off the pounds once they're gone.

Running in the morning is the best way to lose weight get up about just before sunrise and start off slowly for the first week at thend of each two week period step up the pace and distance to about a half a mile. this will help u lose weight in a matter of months. also as a pro boxer i can tell you jus running outside or treadmill and hitting the bag for 5 minutes a day while help you as well. a young man at the gym my dad owns lost 70lbs in 2 months jus from this 3-4 times a week. it will help your wind and make you sweat because most peoples weight is jus attributed towater. if your body retains water well then you may be one of those people.in my feild boxers weight can go up and down so we are able to control it when we need to lose weight for a fight. most boxers do this to lose weight fast: they put a suit on when they run it loks like a garbage bag but it makes you sweat intensly. be sure to eat plenty of electrolytes and protein to build muscle as found in pedilyte (yes pedialyte) and protien shakes. also take vitamins and minerals to replenish what your body needs hopefully with dedication you will be one fit person !!!

i think ppl who say they r on diet ir fools..diet means intake of food..and for god sake the whole world is on a diet..u jus have to check a few things..:)its basic common sense..keep a check on yr intake...logic is simple...burn more calories then u consume..no drug and no pill can solve yr problem its only u..dedication and hardwork wil make u do a healthy weight loss ..i again mention healthy weight loss..any loss of weight more then 1-2 pounds a week is harmful..also after a while change yr eating excersing habits..coz yr body gets use to it and stops responding..so constantly keep yr intake habits in check and weight loss wil automatically follow..if u think i have given u a good idea pls mark it as best..:)

Discipline yourself is the first step. Don't try to overeat. Then if you really want to take more, try more vegetables and fruits. Exercise a lot.
