you have know what the lie was said. I'm not trying to justify tha lieing is right, it is not. everyone is different in their own way of bending the truth for a purpose. some purposes will only fuel selfishness and some will try to protect for some reason or other. this is a difficult question to answer as we do not know the basis of the lie. which ever way, try and find out why the lie was said in the first place. we all make mistakes, always give someone a second chance.

Yeah, I mean it depends on the lie that they told, but for the most part yes. But if the lie was bad, maybe test them some way in the future to see if your trust can be recovered.

Depends on the circumstances. What was lied about, how did you find out about the lie, what was the liar's reaction to being found out (sorry, defiant, trying to make excuses, etc.). In any case, the liar would have to prove to you that they're trustworthy.

It depends.. if it's considered as little white lies then I will close my eyes..
But if it's not, consider they are serious stuffs then I will never trust them again...
It only makes me a fool as I trust a liar and lies!
A liar = dangerous!

Id like to say yes to that, my answer depends on faith and how deep the friendship or 'relationship' with that someone. When I come to think of it, its not enough reason to trust someone just because of there is no history of betrayal.

Once a lire Always a lire. People love a lie and hate the truth. Hell even the President and Vice President lie, so what do you expect from most folks?

Why did they lie? If it was to prevent you from getting hurt or to protect you, I would forgive them, but not forget. If it was to pull the wool over your eyes, to take advantage of you, or to cheat you, I'd look around for a new friend.

Trust is something you earn. Once it's broken it's very hard to put it back together.
