DVT (deep vein thrombosis) see a Doctor immediately.

If there is pain in the joints, it could be arthritis. The possible causes depends on what kind of pain you're having and where the pain is located. It could be deep vein thrombosis, a bone infection (osteomyelitis), nerve damage, or it could be caused by an injury or medication. I would see your physician.

sounds like sciatica if not a enous problem - dvt
see a doc soon as possible
i doublt hand has anything to do with it unless u hd leprosy ( unlikely )
or its autoimmune disease (not aids )
but thats less common
