I'm beatng my head. She's not my girlfriend, but I want to impress her with something thoughtful... what is a good gift idea?

Don't listen to these people who are suggesting poems,pictures, etc. Those are all committment gifts and you'll just scare her away. Try a gift card, they work for anyone. Or a perfume that no one can dislike - Gucci Envy Me or Fantasy from Brittney Spears. And then give her a card so she knows you put some real thought into it... just not creepy thought. (Trust me on the perfumes, EVERYONE likes those)

Women love roses! Since it's Christmas, get her some beautiful white roses. It's perfect, it is a simple, I thought of you, which is what you want. A lot of woman also love snow globes. Maybe you could find a place that engraves them and you can have them write something sweet on it with her name as well. It's so sweet that you have taken to time to ask what would make a good gift idea for her. Honestly, I think "YOU" would be the best gift for her! Good Luck and happy holidays!

If she's not your girlfriend, then it can't be too personal. If you only have a little to spend, a bottle of wine, perhaps. Gift certificate, for a manicure or pedicure, maybe? Somewhere where they'll pamper her. Think about things she likes or where she likes to shop. I am hell to shop for, so I appreciate gift cards. You could buy her a book or a record, but, be sure to get a gift receipt to include so she can exchange it--THAT would be thoughtful.

Dont make her think you are trying to buy her, so nothing big and expensive. I think this is a good idea:
Give her nine (9) red roses and a smallish mirror (pocket Size)
Write on the card:
If i give you nine red roses and you look in the mirror, you would see the 10 most beautiful things.
It's a really sweet saying, no actual statements so i'm sure that will work and get her attention. I know it definatly got mine when it happened to me.

A single red rose. Not too over the top, and not too small. But really, it's not the size of the gift, it's just the thought that matters to her.

give her something she really likes. If she likes books, give her a book from her favorite author. If she likes movies, get her a movie with her favorite actors. I think you can't go wrong with candles!! I love candles!!
