A "country" doesn't make a good or better man. A man is better because thats who he is. And the qualities that may classify a man as "better" for you might not be the same qualities that I like in a man. Upbringing could have a small influence on the characteristics or manerisms a man has, but you can't just say for ex. an American man is better because he has his wife stay home with the kids. Not all American men think and feel this way, and not all women who date American men want to stay home! Forget race, look at a person for who they are, not where they are from.
