Hey , take it easy...go out and make new friends, there are a lot of interesting, fun and caring girls out there waiting for you and appreciating your zeal...When there is new girl, the former will get out of your mind....It's just a matter of getting used to...

You can and you will. You will need to give yourself time though. Exercise is a good cure for what ails you. Long walks are the best. Stay in touch with friends to keep grounded and not lose reality. You will have to take one day at a time just like withdrawing from any addiction.

So sorry..obviously this is your 1st heartbreak, and i sympathise.but its is not the end of the world. time heals all wounds...for now you can cry all you need, do not bottle it up.soon you will wake up and realise how lucky you are to be you, alive and healthy and realise also that so many girls are out there waiting for you.

go for a long walk... take time to think... talk to your best friends... whatever you do, don't give up on yourself... :) time will heal; it's difficult now, so occupy your mind with things/hobbies to do. do not stay idle... and have a trustworthy friend to share with... take care :)

Love hurts! All I can suggest is that you respect her decision and be patient. Not only will you find love, but you will find it with someone that will truly appreciate it.Good luck.
