I had that before. It still do, but to a lesser extent than before. I think that your body probably over-produces static energy. It has something to do with the nervous system but nothing serious. Just try to ingnore this hopefully rather insignificant inconvenience!

Get some dryer sheets, like Bounce, and rub them on your hands. Should help.

it happens to me at one of the pools i go to. i grab the metal bar to pull myself out and i get an electric shock. shocking isn't it! i don't know why it happens.
