maybe I am misunderstanding your question, but a scalp is what your hair is attached to and you can't get rid of it.

Products likes Head & Shoulders contain an ingredient called Pyrithione Zinc. This gets rid of dandruff (which is what I assume you mean) for most people. If this doesn't help talk your doctor since it's possible you have psoriasis or a similar skin disorder. If so the doc will send you home with something like Ketoconazole Shampoo.
