i just cant seem to be able to let go

It'll take time.
I've been through it before. It was like a fighting an addiction. It hurts so much at times it'll make you sick. But it isn't fair to continue caring about someone who will never return the feelings.
The hurt of getting over some one is much less than the hurt of fighting for someone that will never let you win.

Mmmm, I am remembering him all the time. Until I feel sick of remembering him. But if I tried as hard as I could to forget him instead, I would be suffering because the memory is still there.
Try to write on how you feel. That will be great to publish it in a blog or something. Thats how I release the pain..
