Your best bet is to see a dermatologist...they can find the method best for treating your type of skin. That is why they are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Still, if you cant afford to go to the dermatologist...there are a few over the counter items that you can you use to get rid of the scars and the large poors. Go to your local grocery story or Walmart...and walk on over to the cosmetics aisle. Pore reducing toner is great for closing poors...I think it is made by clean and clear. Also, a nice microdermabrasion scrub is good for removing old acne scars. You need to find an item (try a few to see what works best for you) that will lift the dead skin...hence the scars...SO basically what you need is some kind of facial scrub (that focus on lifting dead skin) and a good toner (which helps tone skin and reduce pores). Try using a astringent/toner with witch hazel in it. However, if you want a system that is already put together...try Proactiv...it works great for pore control and removing scars. I have and continue to use Proactiv since it was introduced. It works wonderfully, and it comes with everything you need. It is not harsh to your skin, and doesnt smell bad. It may be a teeny bit expensive...but it is DEFINITELY worth it....Good luck though!

Salilyc acid shrinks poors and prevents acne. Wash your hands with soap and water before you touch your face EVERYTIME. Use poor reducing products. If you have 'craters' the damage is done and there is nothing you can do. If you just have dark spots exfoliate EVERY day and use a bleach cream especially for the face. You can get it on ebay for cheap and avon is a very good brand.

Pro-active didn't work for me so I started using a very light, gentle Neutrogena facial cleanser and a St.Ives exfoliator once every week or week and a half. Use the Neutrogena cleanser daily and the exfoliator not as often (as microbeads can carry bacteria & spread it to other parts of face) after cleanser, use a light make up remover (if you wear make up)/toner. I use Clean&Clear just dab on with cotton ball. And follow up (after dried) with a light lotion. I use Clean&Clear lotion as well. It's really helped me out alot. Good luck!â¥
