I don't know why wrist watches would have any effect on body fat at all.

On the other hand if you are talking about the trade name of hydrogenated coconut oil, then you should avoid it. Any transfat is bad for you. Typically they all have a melting temperature that is higher than body temperature, which means that they harden inside your veins which will cause you to have heart problems.

Use regular coconut oil instead - never the hydrogenated version. There is evidence that regular coconut oil actually does tend to make you leaner, as noted by Dr Mercola.
