I guess you could say it's the ol' not being able to get "past first base" routine with the ladies.

By being interesting. Seriously though--by showing interest in her. Make her laugh. Make her feel good about herself. Be considerate and respectful of her ideas. Pay attention.
And be prepared: always look your best, wear something nice-- and smell great. I cannot stress that enough.

If there is interest, she will show some without you having to put much effort. You can kind of tell after a few minutes of conversation whether or not she interested. If you are unsure then you would just have to keep talking with her until one of two things happens: A. She will eventually give you the clue that you are looking for. B. Or she will cut the conversation short.

If she is interested, then she will show interest. If she continues the conversation with you, then gradually hint around that maybe you should go out to lunch or dinner sometime. Don't seem to desperate, women don't like that. Also let her talk, if she doesn't talk much, then she's probably not that interested or she has someone else already. Good luck.

move to other topics gradually and try to go on with the flow.
tell something about you that's different from other guys.
but not somethin toooo weird or you'll be called a freak.
then, giv her your phone number and ask for hers.

you can hav a long chat in the internet later.
that would be more interesting coz u can send her photos..songs....

sound interesting. bring up topics that are more universal and dont sound rushed. ask her questions about herself, a girl cant resit talking about herself, it makes her feel important.
