Every exercise regime also requires some kind of diet to go along. If you burn those extra calories exercising, plus cut 200-500 cals from your diet a day, you will burn and lose that much faster. And that doesn't mean you have to count cals, but you can leave some bites of food on each plate, decrease serving sizes, drink more water or diet pop, limit desserts to 3x/week instead of 5, etc.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.

I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.

It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniacambogiapromo.com I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

A couple things to note are that the people you see in those tapes are paid actors and actresses that looked like that before even making the tape. Further, the way to flatten your abs is through diet and exercise, plain and simple. Even crunches will only increase the muscle of your abs, it won't abolish fat anymore than pushups will. You'll have very muscular abs with a lair of fat over them if you don't change your diet.

Last is that there are different types of bodies and some will simply just have a hell of a hard time losing that stomach. Some people are genetically predisposed to simply being pudgey, and those people will have to constantly keep a strict diet and exercise routine to look how they want to.

In short, no, those tapes won't do anything for you, but if you have the will power to keep up with them, doing decent exercise and eating right should be a breeze!

Best wishes!

Watch this video at http://www.customizedfatloss.link to learn how you can lose belly fat and get six pack abs in a short period of time. It will blow your mind. I was able to lose the belly fat and get ripped in only 6 weeks.

You will also have access to a fully customizable online weight loss software system which uses body type, age, sex, weight and current fitness level to determine the most appropriate amount of food to eat and when. It also includes a training program specific to your body type. Good luck!

I have never used it myself and it could possibly make your abs more muscular, but I would never trust any of these programs. The fact is certain people are born with certain physics and some people just weren't born with that kind of body. I am not saying that you shouldn't exercise, but that you are not likely to attain the results of the people you see in these videos, unless you happen to have a certain physic like theirs.

those "lose 7 lbs ina week", "lose a size in a week" are typical results for any diet.... any simple diet will give you those same exact results the first week... it's water weight that you're losing.. what's important is the weeks after that.. which those 'miracle diets' usually fail in miserably!

I doubt it. They try to sell you things. I personally wouldn't fall into anything like that. Look at how many obese people there are in the United States or in the world for that matter, if it worked it'd be revolutionary.

The abs are muscles, just like you biceps, calves, or anything else - if you build your muscles and don't diet - your muscles will get bigger/firmer, but you won't lose much weight. The mosr muscles you have, the more calories you burn, but it will take a LOOONG time if you don't diet.

sure it does, takes about 13 years, and a diet of cold water and warm air.come on if you really want to show improvement you have to work for it.I know where you can buy a perfect body for only 25 kraboos, but it takes about 10 light years to get there.
