Ha ha, that's good. I'd like to see a nationwide movement of Atheists converting christians, just so they'd know what it's like to be surrounded by people constantly in their face about something they're not interested in. Maybe they'd learn some respect for others, or maybe even a tiny bit of humility...and then pigs could fly, too.

You don't need to convert anybody. Let them believe their ridiculous beliefs, and you believe yours. The only real truth is that with is found within each individual person. Your beliefs are perfect for you, but they are not going to fit everybody else. There are a lot of Christians were I work, too! But I don't try to change their minds. When they say things I don't agree with, I just smile and nod, and subtly change the subject. By the way, I am not an Atheist, but I respect anyone's beliefs, as long as they think for themselves instead of blinding following what someone else has told them to believe. I am, I guess you could say, New Age/Pagan.

Let people believe what they want. Tolerate their beliefs as long as they don't harm others and ask them to do the same for you. People need to accept not all being the same.
I'm an atheist and I hate it when people try to convert each other. Live and let live.

The real question you should be asking is why has God placed me in this job surrounded by christians. Maybe you should get to know them on a personnel level and learn from them. As you are a human being and you know less then perhaps 1/2 percent of all known knowedge you are starting at a great disadvantage point but it is possible to learn at any age.
You might be suprised to find that christians started out as people just like you. We were sinner just like you and we knew nothing just like you. So your real question should be what can i learn here at this job. I know that is a far departure from the logic of the youth of this nation in these times of enlightened stupidity.
But you know with the state of the education system in this nation at this time as a youth i would try and learn as much as i could from some veterans citizens of the real world. And who better to learn from then a christian. God has called christians into his kingdom from all walks of life, Some were lawyers some were doctors some were science types other mighty have just be a guy working at a gas station or a bar. Some were even athiest or agnostics.
You do know it takes more faith to not believe in God then to believe in God. That is a fact you see you are convinced there is nothing out there and you only know about 1/2 percent of all known knowedge. So your faith in nothing is based on less then nothing. While christians faith is based on the Bible which has not been disproven to date. And trust me people have been trying. And christians faith is based on history and on Knowing God. Mericals are also a fact in the christian life. So Christians have a faith that is supported time and time again.
A atheist is only a transitional species you are on a road just like all human being. The question is were is your road taking you. You can't convert a real christian. Christ lives in them.

The best way is by example. Show them the value of living by rational morality rather than always seeking a divine reward.

Start an atheist circle at work. Ask them to join. Trick them by saying that this is a fun religious circle.
