I don't feel a significant change of weight loss after 4 months joining the class, but just the muscle become bigger and toning.

BodyPump is cardiovascular exercise as well as muscle toning. I remember one of the trainers at my gym saying that she only did cardio exercise a couple of days a week because the BodyPump classes were such a good cardiovascular workout on the other days.

Don't worry too much about losing weight. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. So it's quite possible that you've built muscle that makes up for the fat that you've lost. Also, muscle burns calories even when you're at rest, so having more muscle will naturally help you burn calories.

And as long as you're healthy, it doesn't matter how much you weigh.

Keep in mind that muscle is heaver than fat.
Most people cant just exercise to lose weight and have to also adopt healthier eating habits before significant weight loss is obtained. You may have to monitor your intake of food to lose more weight.
