Oh, you're talking about hepatitis C? Yes, as I understand, it can be sexually transmitted or transmitted through contact with blood (among drug users, for example).
Here, according to the Centers for Disease Control, however, I guess it is not very commonly trasmitted through sexual contact:
"Can HCV be spread by sexual activity?
Yes, but this does not occur very often. See section below on counseling for more information on hepatitis C and sexual activity.
Can HCV be spread by oral sex?
There is no evidence that HCV has been spread by oral sex. See section on counseling for more information on hepatitis C and sexual activity.
Can HCV be spread within a household?
Yes, but this does not occur very often. If HCV is spread within a household, it is most likely due to direct exposure to the blood of an infected household member."
Most everyone in the U.S. is required to receive their three hepatitis C vaccinations, often during high school. So go get vaccinated.

I have had Hep-C for ten years now, been through two
sessions of treatment with no good results.
YES', your uncle can give it to your aunt during sex, and it is very wise if he would use a condom.
It is rare that the virus is spread this way but it has happened..
Hep-C has become a worldwide epidemic, with new reports of infection every day.
For the last six years I have taken herbs to treat myself, and so far have done quite well.
It is true that the virus cannot be completely killed however, it can be contained so it isn't able to replicate and do further damage to the liver.
The Interferon/Ribiveron injection therapy has helped some people, but Hep-C has different genotypes and 'most' people
do not respond well to treatment.
I take several herbs every day and fully believe they have prevented me from developing Cirrhosis of the Liver, which is
a usual and serious complication of the Hep-C viral damage.
I am sorry for your uncle.
Hep-C is a very cruel desease in the sense that the virus just
takes it's time 'slowly' destroying a persons life.
For patients with Genotype 1, the injections do nothing to help them get well. I am genotype 1, so have to take care of myself.

I got identified with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about five years back, whilst I was still attending college and had a foolish one-night stand. I know lots of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with a girl that has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/i9Q3l everything changed.
Not only was I able to eradicate all remnants of the herpes simplex virus from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!!! This method provided the chance to be happy and experience true love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

Are you talking about HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C? I am going to guess you are referring to Hep C. HCV is difficult to spread through physical relations. And you are corrected about the current treatment. The virus is never destroyed. The viral load (the amount in the body) is reduced with the medications.

If you mean does your Uncle have HIV and will he give it to your Aunt, it's possible. Using condoms during sex helps to prevent it spreading. The virus is never gone but it WILL become. dormant. if the proper meds are taken. People with HIV shouldn't
share needles, blood , body fluids. Latest treatments are very good at keeping people alive for many yrs. Theres no telling how long someone can live with HIV/AIDS, with the proper meds.
