conocerte(with a C not a S, conoserte is bad spelled) and conócete are both right.
Encantada/Encantado de conocerte - nice to meet you (depending if you are a woman or a men)
Conócete a ti misma/mismo(depending if you are a woman or a men) - this means to know yourself, to know what you are like, I mean personally.

Conocer=to know, to acquaint
Conócete=Know yourself, 2nd person singular friendly command
Conocerte=to know you
Me gusta conocerte= I like to get to know you

The correct spelling is "conocerte".

Well it depends, both are right. Conoserte applies when you refering to it was nice meeting you and conocete applies to when you tell someone to make sure to get to know the other person.
1. when you want to know him/her
2. you actually know him/her already
