Ok, so there is this really super sexy Russian guy in my class and when I say sexy I mean like OMG sexy, his accent is so hot, but anyway I really wanted to ask him out but I do not know if that would be to forward, so I just wanted to know how Russian people view dating.

Yes, we date in Russia. We both ask, there's no rule as to who has to ask who. Just ask, up front and direct is the best. Don't be shy.

He knows your name, a big plus. Most guys only talk crap anyway, so a major plus that he acknoledges your existance and that he knows who you are.
