Does anyone know good software to convert WAV to iPod?

hey you need not have any special software for it...
you use to transfer the files from machine to ipod uding itunes right
then wat for you need one more software for conversion
import the fiels in diff format to itunes
the files formats ll be converted
and copy to your ipod tats it
