If you don't want to use an over-the-counter product like ProActive or something similar, then take a hot washcloth and hold it on each pimple for at least 30 seconds several times a day. It draws blood to the site and helps aid in healing. DO NOT POP IT!!! It takes a lot longer to heal and it will most likely leave scars.

Keep you skin clean. There are many kinds of solutions you can try on the market to help you with this. For many people, these pimples (red or white) are just the normal part of life.

You can try changing your diet, try different oilments and cleanzers and sometimes this helps, and sometimes people need prescriptions to help them. Usually these things clear on their own in a few years.

Neither do I. Try poppin 'em, then wipe the area with metholated spirits or hydrogen peroxide- dries em out and then they're gone. To keep 'em gone, use a light exfoliant every other day, like Clean & Cear morning burst, or a natio body polish with walnut granules. Always wash your skin at morning and night, and moisturise after your morning face wash, not at night.

Red acne is the same stuff that's in white head that hasn't pushed to the top yet. Whatever you do, don't excavate. :D Could also be smallpox, chickenpox, allergic reaction, or ingrown hairs. Does that make you feel better?

White heads and blackheads are down to your own personally hygiene - they not average points you can't normally just pick them off you have to wait until they drop off by them self.

The stuff in the whitehead is dried up puss

Go see a dermatologist so that he can give you a proper treatment. Don't trust any other suggestion cause you may scar your face permanently.
