If you know badminton, I don't have to tell you that it depends on the way you play it. You can lazily play it in your backyard without much benefit from aerobic exercise or physical fitness.
However, you can play hard with an equally good player and try to return all shots the best you can and at the same time try to win points by using drop shot, smash, lob and etc. The latter will result in great benefit to your body and mind.
Good luck and have fun.

Badminton isn't a homosexual game. It could be very trendy within the Far East as this is a finesse and quickness game. I performed the sport broadly even as in high school and school. I concept I used to be beautiful well till I performed a few scholars from China. The toughest shot, rather than a spike, used to be whilst this one targeted pupil would ship the shuttlecock skimming alongside the highest of the web from one facet of the courtroom to the opposite facet of the courtroom and feature it drop on my facet of the web.

Badminton? Not much for either. For Aerobics you are looking for something like running.

For physical fitness you are looking for something that causes stress on the muscle. Lifting weights for example.
