I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

It sounds like you are serious. That is the first important thing. I lost a LOT of weight and picked up a great amount of muscle to replace the fat by beginning a controlled diet and exercise program "ON MY OWN". Begin planning what you eat by purchasing sources for a balanced meal. Stay away from Late Nite Snacks! Eat a good breakfast, lunch and lite, early dinner filled with vegetables, some fruit, bread, and a milk product of some sort. DO NOT eat desert! It is so easy to say and so difficult to do. Treat yourself like you are dieing of a major heart condition right NOW! Begin walking and throwing your arms as you walk. Begin with a short walk and build it up over time. I tried to walk at least twice a day and if possible use a set of stairs at a local school or office building to walk in. YOU can do it! It will not happen overnight but it will happen. Have a great holiday with friends and family!!

Diet is a mistake.. I agree with that. I had the same problems with you. Everytime i think about my diet i would feel depressed and even made me even more bigger than before. Luckily i found this accupunture and body wrap methods. With doctor of course. I never do any diet but i just controlled my eating programs. I eat maximum twice a day. There are those days when i need to eat more than that ,i am a woman, i have my period too rite?! As long it took only three days a week to eat much its really okay. But avoid any other liquids except water. Eat some fruits. Its good for you. Do some exercise minimum twice a week. I hope it will works for you.

No, there isn't. The cambridge diet is between £30 and £40 a week. You don't eat, you have 3 sachets of "milkshakes" sweet or savoury and my mum lost 2 stone in 4 weeks. After 2 weeks you can eat the solid diet bars you can purchase from there aswell. You get really bad breath though.

there are a lot of good diet plan.. even if want to lose weight..it will depend on your body.. but for this..you need to have high fiber diet..

for diets i dont believe in calling it a diet. i lost about 30 ibs from doing this. all you have to do is change your eating habit. eat healthier. dont snack. eat your 3 meals but its better to eat smaller portions. dont eat after 6 or 7. and exercise regulary. i dont believe in jenny craig or any of that meal stuff. what if you go to a restaurant, you cant bring your little jenny craig meal. and diet pills arent safe.
