8 glasses of water a day and 5 servings of fruits or vegetables.
don't forget to add some protein, too.

all types of food can tone your body if it is balance.. because i cant say that a specific food could help you tone.. because once you will take it much..it will not help you.. try the food which has less calories... you could even eat meat but matchbox size ONLY..
