I've been having home troubles and been feeling down in the dumps. Now I've been given the opportunity to move away and possilbly start over. The question that vexes me is should I say anything to my family, seeing as how I live with them, but they are the source. Don't offer any help other than the simlpe, just get over it. I tell them if it was that easy then why haven't I been able to do that?

Its hard for u cause they r the source of your problem. If u have a chance then take it opportunities that r for your advantage dont come along every day, think about your happiness thats wat counts.

Just move out... start over... and be happy.
Talking when you are emotional does not help anyone... you usually end up saying much more than needed...
Take your time.... enjoy life... and in a year's time, if you still feel like talking about it to your family, you should do it...

I think u should go & catch the oppurtunity as it wont come again n again....also ur family is not that attached with u..they may create a prob in the start...but later thgs will be fine.U have to See ur Future.

Go ahead and finish your plans to go forward...when the time comes, just be honest and tell them you are lacking something in your life and you need a change in scenery and pace. This way you aren't hurting their feelings. Keep in contact and do your thing. Eventually they will except this.

Are you trying to say that you want to tell them why you are moving - that they are dragging you down? If that's the case, they'd never believe you. They would say it's your fault. It wouldn't help them. They are incapable of change until they realize for themselves that they need to change. It would just be a fight for no purpose.

just tellthem you are spreading your wings...flying the coop, hittin the road...if you are old enough...what does it matter...you need alife of your own....if you can't tell your family that one simple thing...who on earth are you gonna make it on your own....go start your life buddy!!!!!
