I will stick with chicken. You are talking about a chicken and a fresh egg, right?. The chicken has been born some days ago, maybe months ago. It has not been long since the egg was born. It should have already been a chicken if it's older than the chicken. I'm genius! hahaaaaaaaa

Well, if you look at it historically.... Eggs have been around long before chickens. The majority of sea life uses eggs as their primary form of birth, and since all land based creatures have evolved from ones in the sea, I think it would be fair to say that the egg came first. Be it a chicken's egg, or not.

If you're a Christian, it would be the chicken because the Bible says that God created animals, it says nothing about eggs. Therefore, the chicken would have to have came first. If you don't believe in God or any of that stuff, then I'm just as stuck as you are.

The chicken was created first. Because if the egg was created first, it would just eventually rot due to the absence of a hen that would sit on it, and incubate it. An egg just couldn't hatch itself.
