I think you mean open the rar file and then play the contents.
Rar is a file compression format like zip files, and you might want to use Winrar or 7-Zip to uncompress the rar file, and then play what's inside.

There is no such thing as a rar player, rar is a compression archive, basically a ziped file so find something to unzip it :D

You can't. RAR is a method of file compression, not of playing. If you really want, download a copy of WinRAR.

.rar files are archives, you need to un-rar them with one of the many programs out there.
The file you want to play is most likely inside the archive.
