Yes, it is good for the blood circulation... I've done it before, so I know. It's suppose to make the blood in your body wake up... I've also tried pebble foot massage too. It is more comfortable than foot massage, because foot message tickles sometimes...

Foot message is normally done with lotion to make it easier, and after it is done, you have to drink some water... I've done it loads of times before when I was younger, because my dad knows how to do it... feels very relaxing afterwards... (:

Not too sure about pebble foot massage but I can say that foot reflexology - when done on a regular basis (once every 2 weeks, once a week if you can afford it!) does improve blood circulation and general health.

I personally LOVE foot reflexology and it has helped me to sleep better at night too. Go try it!

And don't worry if you think it's going to hurt. You can always tell the person to lessen the strength. It doesn't mean the more pain inflicted = better results.

Yes, it is good for the blood circulation whereas pebble massage on foot is not consider good coz you must know the pressure to be applied. If too much pressure is applied it doesn' t help in foot massage and may caused injury to your body.
