Okay, hon... This is something that should not be evaluated online. Anytime you vomit something that's black, bright red, or looks like coffee grounds, you need to go to the hospital.
Have you gone outside of the country, or anything? If so, this is another reason why you need to get to the ER.
If you play sports, and got a hard contact hit today, that could make you have some internal bleeding. Some cases of internal bleeding are mild enough to treat at home. Yours, however, is not.
This is not something that is going to "just go away". You need to see a doctor.

GO TO ER OR CALL 911 - Dark emesis usually translates to bleeding in the digestive tract and indicates a true medical problem. The shivering is related to fever meaning your body is probably fighting infection you already have. GO NOW

You need to get to the ER, if you can't get there call 911. You could have a obstruction your digestive system, which can be deadly. The black stuff is blood. This is serious.
Don't risk it please. This will not clear on it's own.

My grandma was puking up this black tar looking stuff and it was because she had a bad reaction to her medication. I think she was taking potasium or something. Anyway, are you taking any medications or did you get into an accident or something? I would go to the ER.

GO TO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL NOW. This doesn't sound like a regular flu. Don't go by yourself, ask somebody to drive you, or call a cab if you live by yourself.

GET TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!! Vomiting "black stuff" is normally internal bleeding in your esophagus or stomach. You want to bleed to death? Go to the hospital emergency room now and tell them what's going on. Please do it now. Godloveya.
