I drink some before the workout, and then some after. I also consume other stuff, but just as a solid chunk of it, that gallon of milk.

Also, I am an intense, intense runner. I burn at least 1500 calories a day running. Also, I do not carry fat. I have 4% body fat.

HEY!
im not sure about milk...but personally if i drink milk and work out i throw up. but anyways i heard if u eat peanut butter and weight lift the muscles stick or something...the boys at my school who have weight training eat peanut butter in that class for their muscles.

It's not balanced as a protein, so you're just taking in a lot of calories, and you're taking in a lot of fat if it's full milk.
Try reading a magazine like Men's Fitness or any of the Weider publications for advice on lifting and nutrition.
You'll probably want to look into protein drinks, but you should learn more before just consuming calories.

Milk is very bad cheese and yogurt are even worse. These cows are injected with drugs to produce more milk. The cows are also fed grains and soy which are sprayed with 10 times the amount of pesticide as would be sprayed on human food. The cows carry cancer through out their whole body they are sent to to slaughter before any signs show.The milk they produce enters the human body including the drugs and cancerous bacteria. The drug go straight to the woman breast..

Yikes, sounds like a recipe for vomit and bloatedness. I know you are supposed to go high protien. try lots of chicken, beef and other meats. Eggs too. I dont know about the milk....

It is good for strenght in your bones but milk is also VERY fatty!
