usually, women don't see the "boing" until after they notice the guy... hopefully way after... i suggest taking better care of yourself & working on that good old personality...

Are you wanting several women to remark on your "boing"?
I do not think with your clothes on people will notice how long or short your boing is. In that case you may want to run out into the street someday without clothes and you will be noticed by not only women but men too:)
Please make sure that there are no children present when you do this. This would be very offending to the children. Better yet...invite your favorite women over to your house for supper...Fix supper and serve supper in the buff. This may create some to be uncomfortable by your nakedness but you will know that by the end of your meal who was interested and who was not.
You could also take pictures of your "boing" and plaster them all over the internet so women can see you....
Use your imagination and think like a "boing" Ask yourself:
"If I were a "boing" and wanted to be noticed what would I do"?

Y is it that every guy thinks that it is the size of thier penis that attracts women? Most women do not care what you carry in your pants, & are really into men that don't find the urge to flaunt thier "boing" around, & can communicate on an intelligent level with her. So think about that the next time you go to speak to a woman, & mention news, politics, business, never the size of your penis. She may notice you then....

Women do not see the world in sexual terms as men do when it comes to noticing the opposite sex. They are attracted by decent looks in general with a complementing personality.
Women don't care about how long your 'boing' is unless it is so small they can't feel it; but if you get to this stage the woman already noticed you by then!

Well - having talked with a lot of women about this over the years, if you're not in the 9 inch plus category, you're in a lot of trouble...
Oh and wide, 1 1/2 inches thick is a minimum as well. Any smaller and women are just going to laugh at you when you drop your drawers.

This does not make any sense. What does your business have to do with women noticing you? Are you taking it out and showing it to them in public or what? Even if you were huge, how would they know unless you were doing it? I would say if you are so small that women you are doing it with don't notice you then you might actually be a girl... maybe you should go to the doctor and ask.

Personality is the key. As long as you have an attractive personality 99% of women are not going to care about size. But if you really want to know the average man is usually about 4-6 inches when stimulated.

yeah usually you notive a guy then there boing but size doesn't alwaz matter ive had big and small and the small did much better than the big i promise
