I personally like them in one of two flavors.
Flavor #1: "The Cheerleader"
See: Summer Roberts from the OC. Cute, ditzy, can be bossy (in a nice way), and dominant. Talks a lot.
Flavor #2: "The Sarcasm Machine"
See: Veronic Mars. Smart, also bossy and/or dominant. Sarcastic.
But for me yeah, it basically boils down to, letting the girl lead, one of those types of humor I said before, and cuteness. There is a difference between hotness and cuteness, and I'd take a cute girl over a hot girl any day.
Oh yeah, also being into things I am, even the slightest bit, like videogames.

"She" just needs to true to herself. Every man out there has their own answer to this question, because that's who "they" want. A woman just needs to be herself and nothing more and dare I say anything less. You are just fine the way you are and don't ever let anyone tell you any different. I like girls that do not have very large breasts funny but its true most of the girls I have had the crush on have had smaller boobies.
Kind , not like a angle because I hate angles but more innocent , Most importantly she cannot smoke or do drugs. I do not care about drinking but I do not drink myself. And I do not like party girls , In fact I do not like large crowds or loud music. Humm that's about it.
A girl does not have to have all of theses traits but if she does then shes perfect in my opinion.
