whenever i press ctrl+alt+del, a message appears 'task manager is disabled by the administrator' my account is the administrator, but it is some how disabled. how to enable it?

Click Start, then run. In the box type gpedit.msc and click OK. Select user configuration, then Administrative templates, then system, then Ctrl+Alt+Delete settings, then double click remove task manager. A window will pop up, select DISABLE, and it will be ENABLED, because you are choosing whether to remove it.
